Return and Exchange Arrangements

For hygiene reasons, all products sold through www.PrivateStructure.hk (hereinafter referred to as "this Website") are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of product quality issues or order dispatch errors. If a product quality issue or order dispatch error is identified, customers must return the item within seven days from the date of receipt; otherwise, this Website will not process any return or exchange requests. When returning items, customers must include the delivery note and order details together with the product, or this Website will be unable to process the return or exchange. This Website will only process exchanges for the same color and style due to product quality issues or order dispatch errors. Once a product is sold, refunds of any form or for any reason will not be accepted.

For return and exchange requests, please ensure that the product does not affect its resale value and that the product’s outer packaging remains intact and undamaged.

Product quality issues and order dispatch errors refer to:

  • Manufacturing defects;
  • Discrepancies in product color (excluding color differences between product images and the actual item), pattern, model, or material compared to the description on the website;
  • Incorrect size;
  • Wrong item delivered;
  • Defects and product quality issues.

Reasons Returns and Exchanges Cannot Be Processed

This Website cannot assist with returns or exchanges under any of the following circumstances:

  • Improper use of the product, including but not limited to exposure to excessive moisture, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, solvents, cooking oil, seawater, or excessive heat;
  • Product damage such as unraveling or cracking due to scratches from external hard objects or internal wear;
  • Product damage or destruction caused by improper transportation;
  • Product damage or fading caused by improper washing;
  • Product fading due to display purposes;
  • Unclean product packaging;
  • Products not purchased from this Website;
  • Products not sold through this Website.

Return and Exchange Procedure

If a product quality issue or order dispatch error is identified, customers must return the item within seven days from the date of receipt; otherwise, this Website will not process any return or exchange requests. Customers must contact this Website via email at cs@privatestructure.hk within three days from the date of receipt. Any other forms of contact will not be considered official communication channels. If the product you purchased is confirmed to have a quality issue or order dispatch error and complies with this Website’s exchange policy, we will reply to you via email with the return and exchange procedure.
